About
Hi, My name is Elizabeth Olvera. I am a registered and bonded Immigration Consultant in San Francisco, CA. For many years, I have assisted many clients with filing the necessary paperwork to obtain a green card (legal permanent residence) and U.S. Citizenship, with USCIS, as a non-attorney.
I draft the forms in my office, and I help clients gather the supporting documents, declarations, and additional evidence they need to submit a complete Application to USCIS. With my assistance, clients are able to avoid costly mistakes and unnecessary delays when dealing with an already lengthy Immigration process.
I assist with the following Immigration processes, from beginning to end:
- Adjustment of Status – Request for Green Card (Adjustments from one legal status to another, such as a Green card application based on marriage to a US Citizen, based on legal entry with certain types of Visas*)
- Fiance Visa (US Citizen petitions for fiance to come to US to marry*)

- Employment Authorization Document (Work Permit)

Fee Schedule
I charge flat fee for me to handle the entire process, from intake to final decision. Prices subject to change.
FLAT FEE SERVICES
The services that I offer are, but not limited to, the following:
Family petitions – $ 1500 plus filing fee $535 (includes consulate work abroad)
Adjustment of Status (Green card application) – $1,800 plus filing fee of $1,225 and $535.00
Asylum Application with work permit – $ 1,000 ($85 fingerprinting fee)
Citizenship applications – $ 600 plus filing fee of $725 (Must do background check)
Green Card renewal applications- $ 300 plus filing fee of $540
Background Checks (DOJ & FBI) / Requesting your immigration file (FOIA) – $300 plus processing fee to agencies of approx. $85.
